We have produced many successful conversions of buildings as a Practice, bringing redundant or derelict shells back into good use as housing for individuals or as business premises. Many of the buildings we work on especially in the more urban areas or town centres are in conservation areas or are themselves listed which requires a good knowledge of the traditional construction skills needed to repair the buildings and adapt them to today's current standards.
